We are extremely fortunate to have such an excellent line up of coaches. Character building is not an easy task in this day and age of so many shallow distractions. Our staff takes pride in challenging our young people on every level of their being to see them gain an edge in an upcoming challenging life. Many of our coaches have come up through the Lightning program and we are fortunate to having them give back to your child as they progress.
Thank you for your support of our staff.

*8/18: Yesterday proved to us all that this team is more then a superficial gathering of athletes trying to tout their prowess. We ARE family. Thanks guys we had an awesome day yesterday in the water and out. How ironic how one's death adds so much LIFE to our club. Let's continue the trend of strength and unity among us as we head towards this fall's season.
As mentioned before character is not measured in the peaks, or the great moments we have achieved or when everything 'goes our way', but more often in the storms, valleys, and tempests that life can throw at us. Mike was the epitome of the previous sentence and you guys manifest it on a daily basis. You are the best. Coach G.
*8/16: Mike, missing you today 2 years later, like a brother; your swimmers and students are carrying on your legacy in their lives. Keep smiling among us Mike!
